The Fleet Feet Personal Rewards (PR) program thanks customers for their loyalty by truly rewarding them. Each time you accumulate $250.00 in merchandise purchases you will receive $25.00 in-store credit valid on future purchases. It’s simple.

Once you reach $250 in purchases we will notify you by e-mail that we are holding an in-store PR credit good towards your next purchase. We combine your transactions from Fleet Feet Outdoor for Women and Fleet Feet Sports. You can sign-up with store personnel at any time. Our database will not be sold or shared with any third-party entity. Pick up a PR flyer at our store for terms and conditions.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

The newest of our loyalty programs helps you help us. Anytime you purchase footwear you will receive a Fleet Feet Sports Referral postcard. Just fill it out and give it to someone who has never shopped with Fleet Feet Sports Rochester.

Have your friend return the postcard with their first purchase and we will add 50 Personal Rewards points to your PR account and your friend will receive $5.00 off.  Offer only valid if new customer is new to our Personal Rewards database.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns or exchanges of any item purchased at any Fleet Feet Sports store for 30 days from the date of your original purchase. Items must be in like-new condition and be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Shoes and accessories must be in original packaging and original tags must accompany apparel.

If we cannot satisfy your needs with another product, we will issue a store credit or refund your purchase in the same manner in which you paid.  Fleet Feet Sports will refund purchase paid by cash or check with a check mailed to the customer within 10 business days.

Worn or used merchandise may be returned or exchanged if judged defective by Fleet Feet Sports staff.  Underwear, swimsuits or products purchased on sale may not be returned.

FLEET FEET CORPORATE CLINICS

Fleet Feet Recognizes the importance of Employee Health and Wellness Programs.
That is why we offer free clinics to all Rochester area businesses. We will work with your Human Resources Department or Wellness Committee to design a program that fits the needs of your company.

• Our experienced, professional staff are available to provide your workforce with educational lectures, demonstrations and/or advice based on your company needs.

• We want to help your company promote a healthy lifestyle which will in turn lead to a more enthusiastic and productive staff.

• We can present at Company Meetings, Wellness Fairs, Lunch -n- Learn lectures or anywhere you need, we will accommodate.

• There is no charge for these services
