Join us every Tuesday from October through May for Hill Workouts and Track Workouts from May through September.  All speeds welcome!!  Walkers Welcome.  Free of charge.

Program goal: To continue the fun times started in Winter Warrior, keep training & fitness levels on track for the Spring season, and introduce new people to our groups and events!
