1st & Last Part 1 8 miles (part of Rochester Marathon Course) (Careful crossing roads throughout this course) Start at FF, take Monroe Ave towards 12 Corners, turn right onto Winton Rd, turn left onto East Ave., turn left onto Park Ave (just past liquor store and new Dunkin Donuts), take Park all the way to ALexander, turn right onto Alexander, turn right onto East Ave, turn right back onto Winton, turn left onto Monroe, back to FF.

The Middle Half 8 miles (part of Rochester Marathon Course) Start at FF.  Head West on Monroe Ave towards 12 Corners.  Turn right on Winton.  Turn Right on East Ave. (Please be cautious on the entire stretch of East Ave.  There aren't shoulders so please run single file against traffic).  Take East all the way to St. John Fisher.  Turn around at St. John Fischer and head back.  Again be cautious.  Run against traffic single file.  Turn left at Winton, Turn left on Monroe and back to store.

Lilac Lane 8.4 milesish Start at FF, turn left onto Monroe, turn right onto Edgewood, turn right onto Westfall, turn right onto E. Henrietta, bear right onto South Ave, turn right onto Highland, turn left onto Goodman, turn right onto Highland Pkwy (its the right after the Divinty School), turn right onto S. Clinton, turn left onto Field St.  (stay right here), make your first right, then right on Pinnacle, this leads you out to Monroe.  Right on Monroe and back to FF.

Southern Tour 8.5 Miles Start at FF, take Monroe Ave East towards Pittsford.  Right on Edgewood (careful crossing).  Take Edgewood to Jefferson, Left on Jefferson, Left on Clover, Left on Warren (Last street on left before Monroe - if you went to Monroe you went too far).  Right on Edgewood, Left on Westfall (cross street - careful), Right on Winton, Right on Elmwood, Right on Monroe back too FF.  Careful crossing again.

Liberty Pole 9 Miles Start at FF, take a right onto Monroe Avenue towards the city.  Take Monroe Ave to downtown (over the interloop, past Xerox and Marine Midland) onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left onto East Ave.  At the Liberty Pole (corner of East. Main, Franklin and East Ave) turn around and head down East Avenue.  Take East Ave to Winton.  Make a Right onto Winton Rd, then Right onto Highland Ave.  Then Left onto Monroe Ave back to FF.

Eastside Half Course 9 or 10 miles Start at FF, turn left onto Irving towards Elmwood.  Turn right onto Elmwood, cross Clover, turn left onto East Ave (go against traffic).  Turn left on to Park Ave, turn right onto Alexander, Turn right onto East Ave, turn right onto Winton, then left on Monroe back to FF.  To do 9 miles when on Park Avenue turn right onto Oxford and take East Ave Back to Winton.

Figure 8 10 miles (part of 2006 Rochester Marathon Course) Start at FF, turn right onto Monroe towards Highland Avenue.  Turn left onto Highland Ave.  Turn left onto S. Clinton Ave.  At the corner of Clinton Ave. and Westfall you will make a right turn onto Westfall Rd.  You will proceed South on Westfall until you reach Brighton Town Park (777 Westfall Rd.).  You will turn left from Westfall Rd. into the parking lot of the park and proceed to the pathway that will lead you to the Erie Canal Path.  You will make a right turn onto the Erie Canal Bike heading towards Genesee Valley Park.  Genesee Valley Park is located along the eastern bank of the Genesee River within the City of Rochester.   You will bear right (north) toward the University of Rochester and Elmwood Avenue.  As you approach Elmwood Avenue get off onto the Elmwood Ave. and head east towards 12 Corners/Monroe Ave.  At Monroe Ave. turn right onto Monroe Ave back to FF.

10.5 Wings Road 10.5 miles Start at FF, take a right onto Monroe Avenue towards the city.  Take Monroe Ave to downtown (over the interloop, past Xerox and Marine Midland) onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left onto East Ave.  At the Liberty Pole (corner of East. Main, Franklin and East Ave) turn around and head down East Avenue.  Take East Ave to Winton.  Make a Right onto Winton Rd, then Right onto Highland Ave.  Take Highland to South Clinton.  Make Right onto South Clinton.  Make Left onto Elmwood.  Then Right onto Monroe Ave back to FF.

12 Wings Road 12 Miles Start at FF, take a right onto Monroe Avenue towards the city.  Take Monroe Ave to downtown (over the interloop, past Xerox and Marine Midland) onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left onto East Ave.  At the Liberty Pole (corner of East. Main, Franklin and East Ave) turn around and head down East Avenue.  Take East Ave to Winton.  Make a Right onto Winton Rd, then Right onto Highland Ave.  Take Highland to South Clinton.  Make Right onto South Clinton.  Make Left onto Westfall.  Then Left onto Winton, right onto Monroe and back to FF

Big Dipper 12/13 Miles Start at FF, turn right onto Monroe towards Highland Avenue.  Turn left onto Highland Ave.  Turn left onto S. Clinton Ave.  At the corner of Clinton Ave. and Westfall you will make a right turn onto Westfall Rd.  You will proceed South on Westfall until you reach Brighton Town Park (777 Westfall Rd.).  You will turn left from Westfall Rd. into the parking lot of the park and proceed to the pathway that will lead you to the Erie Canal Path.  You will make a right turn onto the Erie Canal Bike heading towards Genesee Valley Park.  Take Canal through U of R.  Get off at the Ford Street Bridge.  Turn left over the Ford St Bridge, then turn around at the end of the bridge back to Mt. Hope.  Turn right onto Mt Hope.  Turn left onto Highland (near the park).  Take Highland to Monroe.  Turn R on Monroe back to FF.

East Fest 14 Miles (can easily become 12 or 13) Start at FF, take a right onto Monroe Avenue towards the city.  Take Monroe Ave to downtown (over the interloop, past Xerox and Marine Midland) onto Chestnut Street.  Turn left onto East Ave.  At the Liberty Pole (corner of East. Main, Franklin and East Ave) turn around and head down East Avenue.  Take East Ave to Washington St (past St. John Fischer and 590 , but before ER HS).  Turn around at Washington and head towards Allan's Creek.  Turn left onto Allan's Creek and back to Monroe.  Right on Monroe, back to FF.  To go 12 turn around at St. John Fischer.  To go 13 turn around at 590.

FarEast 15 Miles Start at FF, take Monroe Ave westbound all the way into the city.  Monroe will turn into Chestnut, turn left onto Broad.  Take Broad to S. Plymouth, turn right onto S. Plymouth.  Turn right onto Morrie Silver Way (near stadium), then right onto State.  Make left onto MainSt.  Turn right onto East Ave.  Take East Ave past Culver and turn right onto Park Ave.  Take Park Ave all the way to Alexander.  Turn right onto Alexander then left onto Gardiner (it's the left before the Old Toad).  Turn Right Onto Union Street, then left onto Broad, take Broad to South Plymouth and turn right onto S. Plymouth to the stadium.  The finish of the half and full are around back of the stadium, feel free to add some distance and run to there.  The right onto Morrie Silver then right onto State, left onto Main.  Then right on N. Clinton, left onto Broad then right onto Chestnut which turns into Monroe and back to FF.  For the half marathoners, run the Far East Course, BUT when on East Ave do not turn right up Park, continue to Winton Rd, right on Winton, Left on Monroe and back to FF.

Start with Map 1 then go to Map 2 then back to Map 1 for the end part.

The Marathon Middle and more 16 miles Use Map 1 then Map 2.  Start at FF.  Head West on Monroe Ave towards 12 Corners.  Turn right on Winton.  Turn Right on East Ave. (Please be cautious on the entire stretch of East Ave.  There aren't shoulders so please run single file against traffic).  Take East all the way to St. John Fisher.  Turn Right on 96 towards Pittsford.  Before you get to the overpass, turn left on Washington.  Again be cautious.  Turn left on 31F/Fairport Rd/East Ave.  Run against traffic single file.  Go past Winton Rd, Turn left on Park.  Take Park to Alexander.  Right on Alexander.  Right on East Ave.  Turn right at Winton, Turn left on Monroe and back to store.

Round Robin 16 miles (with an add on to get 18 miles or 20 miles)

Start at FF.  Turn left onto Monroe, then right onto Edgewood.  Turn right onto the canal (across the street from the JCC).  Stay on the canal through Genesee Valley Park.  As you head towards Uof R, you will bear right (north) toward the University of Rochester and Elmwood Avenue.  As you approach Elmwood Avenue, bear left to go under the bridge.  The path winds back to the street level at this point.  You will pass a river overlook platform and continue along the path where you will bear left going downhill past the back of the University of Rochester chapel under the pedestrian bridge, then uphill along Wilson Boulevard overlooking the Genesee River.  You will run under an abandoned railroad bridge.  You will now pass through a small residential area and the Episcopal Church Home.  You will leave the bike path and travel left over the Ford Street Bridge. As you cross over the bridge and make a right turn onto Exchange Blvd. you will enter Corn Hill neighborhood.   At the intersection of Exchange Street and Plymouth Ave. you will merge left onto Plymouth Ave.  For 16 miles turn right onto Main Street.   (For 18 Miles you will take this detour - Traveling north on Plymouth Avenue you will head back to Frontier Field.  Making a left turn at Morrie Silver Way you arrive at the front of Frontier Field.  Turn right on Morrie Silver Way pass Kodak then right onto State Street.  Turn left onto Main Street) (For 20 Miles you will take this detour - Traveling north on Plymouth Avenue you will head back to Frontier Field.  Stay on Plymouth towards Brown St (going around Kodak), make left onto Verona Street then right onto Morrie Silver Way to front of stadium Main Gate.  Turn around then right onto State Street.  Turn left onto Main Street)   At the Liberty Pole - turn right onto East Avenue.  Take East Avenue all the way to Allens Creek Rd.  Turn Right onto Allens Creek Rd. Then right onto Monroe Avenue and back to FF.

Eastside Marathon Course 16 - 18 miles Start at FF, turn left onto Irving toward Elmwood.  Turn right onto Elmwood.  Cross Clover.  Turn right onto East Ave.  Stay on East.  Turn right onto 96 at St. John Fischer.  Take 96 to Schoen Place.  Turn left into Schoen Place and get onto Canal.  Take canal ALL the way to Fairport (you will go through Perinton Park)  Get off Canal there - by Church St.  Turn right onto Church Street, left onto Nelson, right onto West, right onto Perrin then right back onto Church.  (be careful of cars of course).  This is essentially 31F.  Take 31F all the way, it'll turn into East Ave.  Then a left onto Elmwood, then left onto Irving and now at FF.

18 Canal Days 18 Miles Start at FF.  Turn right onto Monroe, turn right onto Winton (at 12 Corners).  Turn right onto East Ave.  Take East Ave all the way until Fairport.  It'll turn into 31F.  Run against traffic please.  Get onto canal in Fairport heading westbound.  Take Canal all the way to the JCC (Edgewood Rd Ramp) (so past Clover).  Turn right onto Edgewood.  Left onto Monroe and back to FF.

Square Peg 20/22 Miles Start at FF, turn left onto Monroe.  Turn right onto Edgewood.  Turn left onto Warren.  Turn right onto Clover.  Turn right onto Canal.  Take Canal all the way through U of R Campus.  Get off canal at Ford Street Bridge.  Turn left over the Ford St Bridge.  Turn right onto Exchange.  Turn left onto S Plymouth.  Turn left onto Morrie Silver Way.  Go around Frontierfield to the back of the parking lot.  Turnaround back to Morrie Silver Way.  Turn right onto State St.  Turn left onto Main ST.  Turn Right onto East Ave.  Take East Ave all the way to Allens Creek Rd.  Turn right onto Allens Creek Rd.  Turn Right onto Monroe and back to FF.  To get 22 miles run up to Cobbs Hill (Highland) and turn around).

20 Canal Days 20 Miles (to do 22 - in the beginning take Monroe to Dartmouth then right on Dartmouth to East Ave) Start at FF.  Turn right onto Monroe, turn right onto Culver.  Turn right onto East Ave.  Take East Ave all the way until Fairport.  It'll turn into 31F.  Run against traffic please.  Get onto canal in Fairport heading westbound.  Take Canal all the way to the JCC (Edgewood Rd Ramp) (so past Clover).  Turn right onto Edgewood.  Left onto Monroe and back to FF.

Hill Workout 5 - 8 Miles This is a Hill Repeat Workout.  Start at FF, head west on Monroe Ave towards Cobbs Hill Park.  Right on Highland.  This is where the repeats start head up the paved part to the right to the garbage can at the top, turn around to the bottom.  Turn around again heading to the left and stop at the top of the stairs by the sledding hill and turn around.  That's considered one loop.  Three loops of that total then heading back to FF is 5 miles.  In the better temps we also do the dirt hill too (the sledding hill).
