Run/walk FREE Group Training Opportunities

Running Course Maps

Tuesdays - Meet at 6PM for Group Hill/Speed Workouts - This is an excellent opportunity to get a hill/speed workout in especially if you hate hills/speed or dislike hill/speed workouts. We'll meet at Fleet Feet Sports and do a group warmup to Cobb's Hill or Brighton Track, followed by Hill repeats or Speed Sessions based on experience level, then cool down back to the store. We do Hills from October - May and Speed from June - September. It is an absolute blast. Pace level anywhere from 6:30 milers to walkers.

Wednesday AMs - Meet at 9AM for the Wednesday Walk, Run or Roll Workouts - Jogging Strollers Welcome!! This 2 or 3 mile jaunt around Brighton can be walked or jogged, bring your baby and jogging stroller too.  If you don't have one, check out the BOB Strollers we carry.  All speeds welcome.  These workouts start in April.

Walking Wednesday's LogoStarting in April - Wednesdays - Walking Wednesdays - Meet at 5:30PM for a Group Walk/Run - This is perfect for those who don't like to run fast or prefer to walk, are getting back into exercise, new mom's or mom's to be who want to be active, those recovering from an injury or whomever. All welcome. We now are offering Nordic Walking as well at this time. If you arrive early we have Leki demo poles for you to try and we'll show you how to use them. You have a choice of a 3.1 mile or 2 mile loop. You can choose that day.

Fridays - Meet at 6PM for Fleet Feet Happy Hour Run/Walk - A fun for all run/walk of about 3 or 4 miles from the store. Pace 8 min mile to walking. Its an easy workout to give your body a break. So even if you run 7's, it may be good for you to chill and enjoy the company.

Saturdays - Meet at 8AM for Distance Run/Walks

The runs are in alignment with the Distance Training Program, but you can do any variation. We meet at 8AM and this is your opportunity to run a long run with others. Pace level anywhere from 6:30 milers to walking.
